❤ GENERAL ❤• I can decline any commission if it doesn't comply with the rules (about what I am or am not willing to draw) or I simply don't feel comfortable with the commission.• I have the right to publish and use commissioned works in my portfolio and on social media. If you prefer to make the commission private, an additional fee will be charged.• My work is for personal use only, meaning I do not allow my art to be used for unauthorized commercial or profit-making purposes, unless commercial use is agreed upon at the time the order is placed.• I have the right to work on personal art, as long as I deliver all commissions on time.
• During the sketch approval process, the client may make any necessary corrections to the illustration, with a maximum of five drastic changes. Once the client accepts the sketch, no further corrections may be made to the character's position and shape; however, color modifications are possible, as long as the change is not significant. Furthermore, I have the right to use sketches rejected by the client in future projects.• Commission processing can take 1 to 4 weeks. This time depends directly on the number of commissions I, as the artist, have pending. Any changes will be notified before accepting the order.• The final artwork will be submitted in high-quality PNG or JPG format. Submission will be made via email. Additionally, the final artwork cannot be modified.• As an artist, I have the right to publish the commission and mention that I created it, whether for personal or commercial purposes. I can add it to my portfolio and use the illustration to promote myself as an artist. However, if the client wishes to keep the illustration private, the cost will increase by 30% over the original price.• The illustration can be distributed on any medium/platform as long as it is non-profit and it is mentioned that said illustration was made by me.• In the case of commercial commissions, the client has the full right to distribute and profit from the final image, thus retaining the rights to my work.• Once the sketch and base colors have been approved, any changes the client wishes to make to the illustration must be paid for. The base cost per correction is $5 USD. Once the final illustration is delivered, the client can request changes to the illustration, with a base correction charge of $15 USD.• Once the sketch has started, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ACCEPTED.• If you want an NSFW commission, you will be asked for some identification to make sure you are of legal age.• You will not be able to use the commission for AI or NFT.• All commissions will be published by me on my networks!

(˶ˆᗜˆ˵)❤ ABOUT PAYMENT ❤• Payment in advance before starting the commission, after receiving it, I will begin preparing the commission draft.• Paying 50/50 before and after your commission is acceptable.• Payments will be made through an invoice, make sure to put the email to which it will be sent in case of paying with Paypal.• The transaction is via PayPal in USD or SINPE if you reside in Costa Rica.• If you order any extra accessory and then regret it or no longer want it, your money will not be refunded.•For payments under $10 USD, 50/50 payments via PayPal, Kofi, will not be accepted.•If you cancel your commission in its current state (Sketch, Lineart, etc.) and have paid in full, it will be sent to you with a watermark and/or signature on the statement, and your money will not be refunded. Your commission will only be continued if you request it before the maximum 3-month period has elapsed; after that time, it cannot be continued.•If you cancel your commission in its current state (sketch, lineart, etc.) and have paid half, it will be sent to you with a watermark and/or signature on the statement, and your money will not be refunded. If you buy it to make stickers or something (exclusively for yourself without the purpose of selling it/getting money from that merchandise) you can do it!• Commercial use commission can be used for clothing in general, pins, bags, backpacks, prints, folders, etc. any use to make money• If you want commercial use, you will be charged an extra (+$200 USD)• Whether or not you use "commercial use", your money will not be refunded.• Commissioning is done in order of arrival, if you need to know what position you are in you can go to my trello and check it!
